No external agency is authorized to offer or receive advertising on behalf of Veronafiere S.p.A. All promotional activities are carried out directly by Veronafiere S.p.A.
We have learned that the company Construct Data Verlag GmbH, based in Austria, the company Expo Guide of Commercial Online Manuals S de RL de CV, based in Mexico, and the company Mulpor Company SA, based in Uruguay, have been sending many exhibiting companies offers for paid advertising insertions in catalogs owned by them. In these offer letters, the aforementioned companies use the names of Italian and international trade shows — including Fieragricola — as well as the names of participating companies.
In this regard, we would like to clarify that the above-mentioned companies have NEVER been authorized by Veronafiere S.p.A. to use the name and/or logo of the Fieragricola exhibition, nor any data related to exhibiting companies. They have NEVER been appointed to collect advertising on behalf of Veronafiere and/or Fieragricola. Veronafiere is in no way associated with the activities carried out by these companies.
The advertising offered by these companies is not part of the promotional opportunities proposed by Veronafiere-Fieragricola, as outlined in our “Advertising Request Form” (a form that clearly features the official data and the registered trademarks of VERONAFIERE® and the FIERAGRICOLA® event).
Veronafiere-Fieragricola has not authorized any company to collect advertising on its behalf.
Please note that with the payment of the registration fee for Fieragricola, the exhibiting company is automatically included free of charge in the Official Exhibition Catalogue, the Visitor’s Guide, and the exhibitor list on the official website fieragricola.it. Any additional request on your part for paid advertising in Fieragricola's promotional tools (inclusion of advertising pages, bold text, trademarks in the Official Catalogue and/or Visitor’s Guide) must be made exclusively using the official Fieragricola-Veronafiere forms.
